The African Changemakers Accelerator Program is a collaborative project between: The Professional Public Speaking and Leadership Academy [PPSLA AFRICA] and Highstone Global University Texas United States of America In which individuals making impact and contribution to society are nominated, screened, and awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

The goal is to appreciate those individuals making a difference no matter how little through their career, philanthropy, religious platforms, social Clubs, Business, mentorship platforms, community change initiatives/projects, etc. The aim is to see massive impact projects in Africa. ACAP is focused on encouraging more Africans to become Changemakers.

Nomination and investiture processes:

Step 1: Complete and submit the Nomination Form.

Step 2: Upon receipt, you will be contacted and issued a formal Nomination Letter.

Step 3: Submit your completed form along with a one-page professional profile highlighting your achievements and impact.

Step 4: Your profile and nomination will be forwarded to the University Board for review, vetting, and final decision.

Step 5: If your nomination is approved, you will be formally notified to proceed. If not approved, the process ends at this stage.

Step 6: Approved nominees will be required to make the necessary processing/donation fee payment.

Step 7: Upon confirmation of payment, arrangements will begin for the production of investiture materials and other related items.

Step 8: The official investiture venue and date will be announced. All relevant event details will be communicated to the approved nominees.

Step 9: (Optional) Submission of goodwill/complimentary messages from friends, family, colleagues, alumni associations, religious groups, and other networks for inclusion in the official event brochure. All messages should be submitted at least one week before the event.

Step 10: Submission of names (1-5) of key dignitaries or special guests you wish to be recognized during the event. This must be finalized at least two days before the investiture ceremony.

PROCESSING /FEE

A processing fee/donation starting from ₦1,500,000 and above is required, which covers the following: the official certificate, event logistics, a personal University-branded doctorate gown, and complimentary program booklets for your invited guests. It is important to note that the cost for such a prestigious honor is significantly higher in many Nigerian universities.

This contribution also helps to support the Academy's developmental projects e.g. the building of PPSLA International Training Centre in Abuja.

Please note: This fee is payable only after your nomination has been officially approved by the Institution.
